Club 806 "On-Deck" Program

Club 806's "On-Deck" program is the best way for youngsters to learn basic movements, get mentally and physically stronger, and FUN!!!

The "On-Deck" program is for 10-11 year olds to start their fitness lives.  They will be learning how to move their bodies properly.  They will also be learning how to move external objects correctly and safely.
This is a great way to prepare them for their competitive sports careers, our young athlete program, and a happy, healthy and physically fit adolescent and adult life.

The importance of strength training with kids is becoming more and more important.  Kids are now playing sports competitively at a much younger age then they have in the past.  And without the proper strength, the risk for injury greatly improves.
