Coach Clark


Health and Fitness have become a passion of mine through many years of athletics, both participating and coaching. After finishing college I began seeing the importance of a healthy lifestyle not only for athletes but for all of society.  My goal is to help people of all ages reach their health and fitness goals, to be more than "skinny" or "fat".  I love helping people do things they never thought were possible.

I have been training, both personal and sport specific since 2008.  Training people of all ages from 1st and 2nd graders to women in the 50's.  I have a degree in Education with an emphasis in Physical Education.  I am also a Level 1 Certified CrossFit trainer.
