There is no better way to prepare for your next sports season then with Club 806's Young Athlete Program!!
Our Young Athlete Program is specifically designed for the adolescent body, 12 years old and up. The program will add strength and top level conditioning to the athlete at a safe and healthy rate. The athlete will learn functional movements that will help him or her succeed at their given sport, no matter what the sport is.
This program is for athletes serious about competing at a high level, be it junior high, high school or beyond in their given sports. We can give you elite level strength and conditioning, so you can go into any game or match and have no worries about your fitness levels....you will be ready??
- The first session of the program will start on Monday June 4th, and will last for 5 weeks til July 6th. The second session will start July 9th and go until August 10th.
- The price for one session is $180, or $340 for both sessions. Group discounts are available, depending on size
- Classes will meet 4 times a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Classes will be limited to 6-8 athletes, to ensure enough 1 on 1 time for everyone.
- Class times as of now are not set in stone, but there will be 2 a day. One in the morning and another in the afternoon.
