If you want to go to the gym for 2 hours, spend 30 minutes on the elliptical and the rest of the time chatting with friends and "lift" weights, this may not be your gym.
But if you want to lift barbells & kettlebells, run, jump, and use your body for what its supposed to be used for; this is your gym. We having fun pushing our minds and bodies to the limit. This is how we change lives and get results
