100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats
(if you're not ready for Angie, try and tackle 1/2 Angie - 50 of each; sub body rows for pull ups)
Talk about muscle fatigue! I wasn't sure I was going to be able to make it through ALL of "Angie"...but I conquered her in 18.45! Body rows were the hardest for me; and then trying to go right into push ups. I'm proud to say I'm an "Angie" survivor!
