MetCon: Team Workout Chipper
Push ups
KB swing (53/35)
Sit ups
Squats
Burpees
2 members per team, each movement will last 1 minute, get as many reps as possible in that minute per team, only one member may be moving at a time, rest 1 minute after all exercises, repeat for 3 rounds

ReplyDeleteGreat workout this morning and I enjoyed doing the workout with my friend Marissa, Sharon, and the Franklin teachers. The team workout was different, and motivated me to try my hardest.
